1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdgo44 platform — including but not limited to the website at bdgo44.app, any associated mobile interface, game software, payment systems, or customer support services — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the bdgo44 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms that bdgo44 publishes from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users globally, with particular reference to players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. By using bdgo44, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of bdgo44 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdgo44 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification (KYC)

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bdgo44 services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not use a pseudonym, fictitious identity, or another person's details.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdgo44. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify bdgo44 at [email protected] immediately.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. bdgo44 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact support.

Account Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account promptly. bdgo44 may verify updated information and may temporarily restrict certain account functions (such as withdrawals) during an active verification process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdgo44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted payment channels for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. This list is subject to change; the current accepted methods are always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by bdgo44, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your bdgo44 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 business hours during regular processing times. bdgo44 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the completion of all required KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bdgo44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Currency

All transactions on bdgo44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). Players depositing in a different currency may be subject to conversion rates applied by their payment provider. bdgo44 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges or exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdgo44 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are published at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by bdgo44 are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at variable rates depending on the market and odds.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Bonus Abuse

bdgo44 operates zero-tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and using automated tools to place bets. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdgo44 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending full review.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

bdgo44 hosts games supplied by internationally recognised third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money.

Random Number Generator (RNG)

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or communication failure during gameplay, bdgo44 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, any stakes placed in the affected round will be refunded to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided. bdgo44's decision in malfunction cases is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdgo44 and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances. In serious cases, bdgo44 may refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on bdgo44, whether under the same identity or different identities, is prohibited. This includes accounts registered on behalf of third parties.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point; impersonating another person; or submitting forged documents.
• Bonus Abuse: Any activity intended to exploit bonus structures dishonestly, including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, reverse-engineering wagering requirements through bet hedging, and systematic exploitation of reload offers.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players, whether on the same platform or across platforms, to gain an unfair advantage in any game — particularly in poker, blackjack, and multi-player formats.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics without genuine human play intent.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider for a transaction that was made in connection with genuine gameplay. bdgo44 investigates all chargebacks and will contest illegitimate reversals.
• Money Laundering: Using bdgo44 as a vehicle for laundering funds obtained through illegal means. All suspicious financial activity is monitored and reported in accordance with bdgo44's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bdgo44 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the closure of their bdgo44 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bdgo44 will process the closure within 72 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and applicable KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances and bonus winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 week and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed, and the player will not receive any marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Suspension by bdgo44

bdgo44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended for investigative purposes, bdgo44 will notify the account holder by email within a reasonable period and provide an opportunity to respond. Where a suspension results in permanent account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bdgo44 reserves the right to retain funds in the account to offset any losses, costs, or damages caused by the breach.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdgo44 will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the dormant account balance after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. The account will not be charged once the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.
